Why did we form KnowPractices?

VERY SIMPLY we want to share our knowledge with practice team members.

The goals being:

1. by doing so practice team members understand more about the medical licencing tasks they face. They can decide to undertake themselves, do so and get us to check, or get us to undertake the task; 
2. to provide knowledge so that team members can confidently undertake tasks; 
3. which leaves us free to engage in more complex tasks, maintain and build content, and find Doctors for practices
